WORK WITH US!
Calling All Flower Nerds - 2024 Applications Are Open!
I am inviting a few reliable individuals who are curious by nature and love to master new skills to join me this season on the farm. I have two assistant positions that will report about 12 hours a week and one weekend position is for a few hours every Saturday or Sunday. In addition, the two assistant positions will work one weekend per month at the farmer's markets.
I encourage budding farmers and flower fans to apply regardless of experience. Even if you feel underqualified, but have a strong desire to learn, I will train motivated individuals - so apply! A sense of humor and flexibility are key. We are working with nature - no two days will ever look alike. My farm is a judgement free space - discrimination based on race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or age is not tolerated here. If you are kind, curious, and ready to work really hard in a fast-paced environment, I want to meet you.
Click on descriptions below to learn more about each position. Applications are considered on a rolling basis. The form will officially close April 1, 2024, sooner if a hire has been made. Please apply only if you can commit to the majority of the entire season (I am assuming applicants may have vacations, weddings or other commitments during the season - that's fine! Please include planned absences where indicated on the application form.)
